Visit Phetchaburi’s unique attractions in succession, from Khao Wang, the summer residence of Rama V featuring a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western architecture atop a mountain, to Wat Mahathat, with its magnificent ancient Khmer-style architecture, and the mystical Khao Luang Cave Temple, where shafts of sunlight stream in.

Rama IV's Summer Palace - Khao Wang (Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park)
After approximately 45 minutes, arrive at Khao Wang, also known as Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park.
This iconic attraction is a symbol of Phetchaburi Province.

The site is known for its white chedis (stupas) and buildings, which can be seen from a distance. Ancient ruins sit atop a mountain 92 meters above sea level.
Take the cable car up to the summit.
Wat Mahathat Worawihan
The next destination is Wat Mahathat, a dazzling white temple in the heart of the city.

At its center stands a 42-meter-high, five-tiered Ayutthaya-style prang (corn-shaped tower), adorned with intricate stucco reliefs.

These distinctive decorations are characteristic of local Phetchaburi craftsmanship and can be seen throughout the city.
Tham Khao Luang Cave
After lunch, travel to Khao Luang Cave, located about 4 km north of the city.

The cave is filled with magnificent stalactites and is considered one of Thailand’s most beautiful cave temples.

It was also a favorite retreat of King Rama IV during his time as a monk. The cave is accessed via steep stairs, and when weather conditions are favorable, sunlight streams in through the openings each morning, casting a sacred glow inside.

This tour departs once a minimum of 4 guests have booked.
If the minimum number of guests is not reached by the day before departure, the tour may be canceled. If departure is not possible, we will contact you individually regarding schedule changes or cancellation.

Depending on the previous group’s schedule, pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes.

Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early to ensure you are on time.

Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. For hotels in outlying areas, an additional Pick-up fee may apply, or Pick-up may not be available.

As the weather can be very hot, we recommend bringing a hat or sunglasses for sun protection. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen.

Comfortable sneakers, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent are also recommended.

To arrange travel insurance, the booking holder’s details (passport name in English and passport number) are required.
The tour may be terminated if you do not follow staff instructions or guidance. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
If you feel unwell, tired, or unable to complete the tour, please inform a staff member first.

Skirts, shorts, or ripped jeans that fall above the knees, as well as sleeveless tops, are not permitted.

We are not responsible if you are denied entry at the site for wearing inappropriate attire.
Flip-flops and sandals are permitted, but comfortable shoes are recommended.
