If your Pick-up is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will check the status for you.

If you arrive late for the Meeting Point time, the vehicle cannot wait, even if you contact us in advance, as other Join(shared tour) guests are also scheduled to depart.

Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Please arrive before the scheduled time.; ❗ Important Information; Injuries resulting from your own negligence are not covered.; We recommend leaving your valuables at the hotel.
