Tours will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather.
No refunds will be given if a tour is suspended due to rain.

- If you do not follow the staff’s instructions or guidance, the tour may be terminated without a refund.
- Please inform our staff in advance if you have any mobility concerns, feel tired, or are unable to complete the tour.
- An additional 100 baht applies if you would like to be dropped off at the airport after the tour.
- Please follow the temple dress code. Entry may be restricted if you are wearing shorts or sleeveless clothing. Outfits can be rented at the entrance if needed.
- The cable car usually operates until 19:00–20:00. If you visit later, you may still be able to take it up, but as downward service may have ended, you may need to walk back down.
