Refunds are generally not available if you choose not to participate based on your own judgment.

Times and itineraries may change depending on the circumstances on the day of the tour.
The tour may be terminated if you fail to follow staff instructions or guidance. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Please inform our staff in advance if you have any mobility concerns, feel tired, or are unable to complete the itinerary.
During peak seasons (including year-end/New Year, Lunar New Year, and Songkran), traffic congestion may occur around certain areas, such as Doi Suthep, due to events and increased tourist numbers.

If this results in higher fuel costs and an extended tour duration, an additional fee of approximately 500 baht may apply, and the tour start time may be adjusted.
[Ban Kang Wat Information]
The tour is not available on Mondays, as Ban Kang Wat is closed.

Admission is free, but an entrance fee may apply on event days. This fee is not included.
Please follow the temple dress code. Entry may be restricted if you are wearing shorts or sleeveless clothing. If needed, appropriate attire can be rented at the entrance.
The cable car usually operates until 19:00–20:00. If you visit later, you may still take it uphill, but the downhill service may have ended, so you may need to walk back down.
From November to January, sunset times may vary, so you may request a Pick-up time between 15:00 and 16:00.

Pick-up times may change depending on local conditions. After booking, please make your request via the open chat, and we will check availability and let you know.
