Depending on the schedule of the group before yours, Pick-up may be delayed by approximately 15–20 minutes. - Please check your voucher for the exact time and cost.

For a smooth Pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time.
If the hotel has multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby. For villas, pool villas, and condominium complexes, please meet at the main entrance or security office.
If you are running late for the Meeting Point time, please contact us in advance. However, the vehicle cannot wait due to other Join(shared tour) guests.
Late arrivals will be treated as a No-Show and are not eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please arrive early to avoid missing the Pick-up. - For pick-up requests in outlying areas,

Free Pick-up is available from hotels in the city center. However, an additional Pick-up fee may apply, or Pick-up may not be available, for hotels in outlying areas.
