Discuss four types of course dishes with the chef.
- 09:00 Market Tour
Travel to Bang Rak Morning Market and learn how to use Thai fruits, vegetables, and spices with your instructor.
- 10:15 Theory lesson
Travel to the cooking school, where the instructor will demonstrate the dishes and share recipes and cooking tips.
- 11:15 Hands-on cooking practice
Learn cooking techniques with the instructor’s guidance and prepare four dishes.
- 13:00 Lunch
Taste your own creations and authentic Thai cuisine at Blue Elephant Restaurant.

Children may not participate in the cooking class on their own and must attend with a parent or guardian.
Stoves and other cooking equipment will not be provided for children to use independently. -
Infants: 5 years old and under
Children in this age group cannot participate in the cooking class, even when accompanied by a parent.
