Using public transportation
From Exit 2 of BTS Saphan Taksin (Sapan Taksin) Station, you can take a boat to River City.
Take a Taxi
Tell the taxi driver, “Pai River City.” If they are unfamiliar with it, say, “Pai Rong Raem Royal Orchid Sheraton,” or show them “โรงแรมรอยัล ออคิด เชอราตัน.” River City Shopping Mall is located next to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel.

Bangkok is one of the cities where traffic congestion can be much worse than you expect. Traffic may be heavier than anticipated, and taxi drivers may occasionally take you to the wrong location. We recommend taking the BTS Skytrain or MRT subway instead of traveling by car.
