If the scheduled pickup time is between 07:00 and 07:30, please make sure to wait starting at 07:00.
If you are not in the lobby at the pickup time, you will not be able to wait due to other guests who have joined.
✔️ Pickup may be delayed by approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on the situation on the day. -
The exact pickup time will be stated on the confirmation email and sent to you 1 to 2 days prior to departure.

For guests traveling independently, please refer to the following:
✔️ Morning Session: Arrive by 9:30 AM
✔️ Afternoon Session: Arrive by 1:30 PM
- For the afternoon session, you may enjoy a meal during the waiting time.
- For the morning session, meals will be provided after the program concludes. - 🌧️ Tour proceeds in case of rain
- The tour proceeds as scheduled even on rainy days. The tour fee will not be refunded if the tour is canceled due to rain during the tour.
- If you do not follow the staff's guidance or instructions, use will be immediately terminated, and in this case, no refund will be given.
- 🔸 Other Information
- We are not responsible for the loss of valuables. Please be careful to avoid the loss of accessories such as watches, necklaces, and bracelets, as well as valuables and cash.
- We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from safety negligence or during the experience. Please pay special attention to safety.
- Since we do not force activities on the elephants, the schedule can be adjusted accordingly.

If you wish to store your luggage, you must request a private vehicle for pickup and drop-off.
It is not possible to transport luggage in a shared vehicle.
