- When requesting Pick-up, please provide a phone number that can be reached via KakaoTalk or your KakaoTalk ID.
- Pick-up is provided privately, while the tour operates as a Join(shared tour).
- If you do not select the Bangkok drop-off option, drop-off will be provided in Pattaya. Please specify your preferred drop-off location in the request field.

- Insurance Information
- To arrange the insurance included in the tour, please provide your full name as shown on your passport and your passport number one day before the tour.
- We recommend purchasing additional travel insurance in Korea beyond the coverage included in this tour.
- This tour includes insurance under Thai law, which is valid only locally on the day of the tour. If you wish to use the insurance in the event of an accident, you must go to a hospital immediately.
- In the event of death, 100,000 baht per person is paid. In the event of injury, 15,000 baht per person is paid for treatment at designated hospitals in Thailand.
- Guests aged 9 and under, aged 60 and over, and pregnant guests are covered at 50% only.
- This insurance is provided by a Thai insurer. Any lawsuits or civil mediation proceedings will be handled by the courts in Thailand.
