This tour operates during Thailand's rainy season, from May through the end of November.
※ The operating period may vary depending on the number of fireflies and natural conditions.
Firefly activity varies depending on weather and natural conditions. On some days, many fireflies may be clearly visible, while on other days, they may be difficult to spot.
During the dry season, reservations can only be made for dates within 30 days of the booking date.
Reservations may close early depending on the number and activity level of the fireflies.

If the minimum number of participants is not met by one day before the tour date, the tour may be canceled.
In case of cancellation or schedule changes, guests will be notified individually.

💫 Firefly Viewing Guidelines for Ecosystem Conservation
Keep a minimum distance of 2 meters between the boat and the trees where fireflies are present. 
Loud noises and smoking are not permitted. 
Flashlights and camera flashes are not permitted when taking photos. 
❗ Important Notice
Injuries caused by personal negligence are not covered.
Valuable belongings are recommended to be left at the hotel.
Please take extra care of personal belongings, cash, and personal safety. Lost valuables are not covered under any circumstances.
🌧️ Weather Policy
The tour operates even in rainy weather, so please bring an umbrella or raincoat.
If the tour becomes difficult to operate due to rain, a refund will not be available.

The tour schedule and timings may change depending on local conditions on the day.
If participants do not follow staff instructions or safety guidelines, the tour may be terminated without a refund.
For safety, life jackets must be worn at all times while on the boat.
