- The bicycles are adjustable and suitable for guests from 140 cm to 210 cm tall.
- Children’s bicycles are also available. If you would like to use one, please contact us separately after making your reservation.
- If you need a bicycle helmet, please let your Guide know before the tour starts so one can be provided.

- If you feel unwell, tired, or unable to complete the tour, please inform your Guide first.
- If you do not follow the staff’s instructions or guidance, the tour will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be provided.
- Please take extra care of your personal safety and belongings, including valuables such as watches, necklaces, and bracelets, as well as cash. We are not responsible for lost valuables.
- We are not responsible for injuries caused by your own negligence.
