No refunds will be given if a tour is suspended due to rain.

Walk-ins are welcome, but guests who wish to reserve in advance must make their own arrangements.
Please note that walk-in guests may have to wait. - The basic option does not include a Guide. If you need a Guide, you can add one as a paid option.
- The itinerary is optimized considering operating hours and travel routes, so changes to times or sequence are not permitted.
- The itinerary is based on departure after pick-up within downtown Bangkok. Requests for pick-up outside downtown Bangkok will incur additional charges and may alter the schedule.
