Pick-up and Drop-off will be provided by separate vehicles.; Water Sports Information; The Water Playground and snorkeling may be unavailable due to weather conditions. In this case, they are complimentary services and are not eligible for a refund.; SUP boards, transparent kayaks, and drone filming are not provided in a set order, so we recommend securing your preferred activity early during the tour.; Children under 120 cm may join the tour but cannot participate in the activities.; Pregnant guests and guests with herniated discs cannot ride the speedboat.
Guests aged 55 or older are not covered by insurance and therefore cannot book this tour.; Keep your valuables in a waterproof pouch and carry them with you at all times. Always take your belongings with you when getting off the speedboat.

If you need to store any items, cover them with a towel. If storing valuables, take a photo of them for your records. Please take extra care to prevent the loss of valuables or cash and to ensure your personal safety.; On-site fees for marine sports; Parasailing (1 round): 500 baht

Parasailing: 200 baht; Jet Ski: 150 baht; Banana Boat: 100 baht; Water Play Ground and snorkeling (free programs): non-refundable.; Insurance Information; Insurance coverage is provided only during the tour through a Thai-registered company and in accordance with Thai law.

- Death: Coverage of up to 1,000,000 baht
- Accident-related medical expenses: Coverage of up to 500,000 baht
- Guests under 12 months or aged 55 and over are not eligible for insurance coverage.
- Accidents caused by alcohol consumption or personal negligence are not covered.
- Illnesses unrelated to an accidental injury are not covered.

- Coverage applies only to accidents occurring during the tour and treatment received at local hospitals in Thailand.
