When a train narrowly passes through the market, vendors quickly fold up their stalls and move aside. This unusual sight was featured in a Korean commercial, making the market a popular tourist destination among Korean travelers.

📍 Amphawa Floating Market
Amphawa Floating Market is a weekend market near Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is especially popular among locals in Thailand.

Along with a variety of popular Thai foods and snacks, the market offers a beautiful evening atmosphere as the floating houses and shops light up after sunset.
✅ Firefly Join(shared tour) Boat
The firefly tour departs at 6:20 PM and takes you on a boat ride of approximately one hour around Amphawa Market and the canals, where you can see fireflies living in the area.

Please note that fireflies are most abundant through October during the rainy season and become less common during the dry season.

✔️ The firefly boat tour is a Join(shared tour) boat. A surcharge of 500 baht applies for a Private boat, regardless of the number of guests.
✔️ Boat departure times may vary depending on the season.
✔️ If boarding the firefly boat is not possible due to severe weather, 60 baht per person will be refunded.

After the tour, it is not possible to travel to Pattaya.
Although insurance covering medical treatment in Thailand is available, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea.
The driver can communicate using only very basic English.
An additional fee applies for pick-up from Suvarnabhumi Airport and nearby hotels.
