It was built during World War I using more than 268,000 Allied prisoners of war and Asian laborers under the Japanese military.
The railway stretches 415 km in total, running from Thailand to Myanmar. As countless prisoners of war and forced laborers are believed to have died during its construction, this route became known as the “Death Railway.” Ride the train through steep gorges and experience the scars of history firsthand.
✔️ For the Death Railway train ride, the driver will provide each guest with 100 baht for the fare. Please hand the money to the conductor after boarding the train. Your drop-off station is “THAKILEN.” Please check the station name carefully before getting off.

Built by Japan during World War II to transport military supplies, this railway bridge was destroyed in a 1945 bombing raid and later rebuilt to reconnect the railways on both sides of the river.
Visit the Bridge on the River Kwai, made famous by the film of the same name.

This tour is scheduled around the train arrival time, so the departure time cannot be changed, and no additional activities can be added beyond the selected options.
To stay on schedule for the trekking and Death Railway train ride, you must finish your visit to Erawan National Park and lunch and depart by 13:30.
If you do not use your selected option, you can enjoy a more relaxed stay at Erawan National Park. -
If you request in advance to skip Sightseeing Option 1 or 2, you will receive a refund of 200 baht per person. Skipping the Death Railway in advance qualifies for a refund of 100 baht per person.
Refunds are available on-site through the driver only when requested in advance. No refund will be provided for same-day exclusions. - Only one option may be selected: Option 1 or Option 2.
- 🔸 Information About Erawan National Park
- If you plan to swim at Erawan National Park, please bring swimwear, a towel, bottled water, and any other essentials.

Food and beverages are prohibited beyond Erawan Waterfall 2 to protect the natural environment.
* Bottled water may be brought in with a 20-baht deposit, which will be refunded when you descend. - 🔸 Additional Information
- While this tour includes insurance that covers medical treatment at hospitals in Thailand, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea.
- The driver speaks only very basic English.
- Transfer to Pattaya is not available after the tour.
