[1st Delivery]
1. Booking Deadlines : Book and get your voucher by 05:00 AM.
(Must book the exact number of bags)
2. Luggage Drop-off : Drop off before 08:00 AM (Hotel Lobby)
3. Photo Submission: Take photos of bags and hotel luggage tag. Email to [email protected] or upload to Monkey Travel 1:1 board
4. Luggage Pickup : Pick up after 13:00 PM. (Airport AIRPORTELs Counter)

[2nd Delivery]
1. Booking Deadlines : Book and get your voucher by 09:00 AM. (Must book the exact number of bags)
2. Luggage Drop-off : Drop off before 12:00 PM. (Hotel Lobby)
3. Photo Submission: Take photos of bags and hotel luggage tag. Email to [email protected] or upload to Monkey Travel 1:1 board
4. Luggage Pickup : Pick up after 17:00 PM. (Airport AIRPORTELs Counter)

[Hotel Option – Important Notice]
1.Name Matching & Required Documents
Name Match Required: The name on the AIRPORTELs booking must match the hotel guest name.
• Hotel Voucher Required: When dropping off your luggage, you must present your hotel reservation confirmation (voucher).
• Please also inform the concierge/hotel staff that AIRPORTELs will come to pick up your luggage.
※ If names do not match, the hotel may refuse your luggage. We hold no liability for this.
2.Prevention of Delivery Issues
Required: Please send a photo of your luggage and a photo of the baggage tag received from the hotel to Airportels via email ([email protected]) or through the Monkey Travel chat.
※ To prevent the collection of the wrong luggage and luggage loss.
※ We are not responsible for any issues if luggage cannot be verified because the required photos were not provided.
[Hotels & Areas Not Eligible for Pickup/Delivery]
Ineligible Accommodations: Airbnb properties, condominiums, guesthouses, and private pool villas.
• Ineligible Areas: Locations outside Phuket.
※ Luggage pickup is not available for bookings made in ineligible areas, even if a confirmation voucher has been issued. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from an incorrect booking.
[Luggage Security & Baggage Regulations]
Lock Required: All luggage must be secured with a lock to prevent unauthorized access.
• Prohibited Items: Luggage must not contain any illegal, hazardous, restricted, or suspicious items.
• No Access During Storage: Once your luggage has been checked in, you will not be able to access or remove any items until collection. Please remove any necessary belongings beforehand.
※ We hold no liability for any lost valuables.
[Luggage Handover Method]
No In-Person Handover: Direct handover of luggage with AIRPORTELs driver is not available. Please correctly specify the drop-off location when booking.
[Operating Hours & Pricing Information]
Operating Hours: Luggage drop-off and pickup are only available during each location’s operating hours. Please check before use.
• Additional Charges: Storage exceeding 24 hours will incur additional fees.
• Correct Quantity Required: Pricing is based on one bag per unit. Please ensure the number of bags matches your booking. Service may be restricted if there is a discrepancy.
[Additional Information]
Luggage can not be delivered back to the starting point once it is collected by AIRPORTELs.
• Luggage will be delivered to the destination according to the schedule and can not be appointed at a certain time.
