Reserve the service according to the number of luggage items (at least 1 day before the service date and under the same name as the hotel reservation).
1. Leave luggage at the hotel before 12:00 PM on the service date.
2. After dropping off the luggage, upload photos of the luggage and the hotel-issued luggage tag to the Bellugg website.
3. Collect the luggage at the destination hotel between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the same day.
4. Check the luggage upon collection.
(Any damage must be reported immediately at the collection point. Compensation may not be available for damage reported after leaving the collection area.) - ⏱️How To Use Service (On Service Date)

Please inform the hotel staff that Bellugg will collect the luggage when dropping it off at the hotel lobby.
- Please leave luggage at the hotel before 12:00 PM.
- Please show the Bellugg service information below to the hotel staff.

After luggage has been left at the hotel, upload photos of the luggage and the luggage tag provided by the hotel.
1. Visit the Bellugg website.
2. Select "Track My Luggage".
3. Enter the email address and Order No. / Agent Booking No. (20xxxxxxx, starts with 20, without hyphens), then click "Track".
4. Confirm that the pickup location, destination, and number of luggage items are correct.
5. Click "Browse" and upload photos of the luggage, hotel luggage tag and the booking confirmation (voucher) for the destination hotel

- Using the same method shown above for photo uploads, luggage delivery status can be tracked on the Bellugg website's Track My Luggage page by entering the email address and order/reservation number (starting with 20, without hyphens).
