This is a one-way speedboat ticket for traveling between Phuket and Aonang, or between Phuket and Krabi.

Check-in Method
Please present your voucher at the entrance ticket office to receive your entry ticket.
Phuket = Andaman Wave Master’s Counter @ Gate 1, Rassada Pier.
Aonang = Nopparat Thara Beach.
Krabi = Klong Jilad Pier.

☔ Weather Policy
Please ensure you provide a valid contact number, as trips may be canceled due to weather conditions.
Operations will continue during light rain; however, in the event of persistent severe weather that prevents departure, cancellations may occur with individual notice sent the day before or on the day of departure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
On rare occasions, a tour may be canceled by the operator while you are already en route. In such cases, we will immediately drive you back to your hotel for your safety and convenience.
A full refund is available if the ferry/boat operation is canceled. However, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or absences due to personal reasons.
⚠️ Important Notes
Please carefully check your boarding location, arrival destination, and trip type (one-way or round-trip) before booking.
No modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be issued for booking errors made by the customer.
🧳 Luggage Policy
Luggage up to 18 inches: limited to 1 piece per person.
Luggage 20 inches and above: An additional charge of 300 THB per piece will apply.
All luggage onto the speed boat must be handled by the staff due to the limit space on board under (under the owner risk).
🚗 Pick-up Instructions
Please note that pickup may be delayed by approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on the local tour operator's circumstances.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot be held liable for pickup delays, as they depend entirely on the operator's scheduling.
If your pickup is significantly delayed, please call our local contact number, and we will promptly check the status with the tour operator.
Please check your exact pick-up time on the voucher you receive after your booking is confirmed.

Free pick-up and drop-off services are available for the following areas:
Phuket: Patong, Karon, Kata, Phuket Town, Rawai, Nai Harn, and Chalong
Krabi: Ao Nang and Krabi Town
📍 Exact Pickup Location Required
Specify Your Lobby: For hotels with multiple buildings or wings (e.g., Holiday Inn Patong, Millennium Patong), you must specify the exact lobby or wing name when booking.
Direct Lobby Pick-up: Drivers go directly to your designated building lobby. Leaving out the exact wing name will cause missed connections.
Avoid Delays: Missing hotel or building details will cause serious delays. Please designate and write down exactly one clear location.

-Fixed Location: Pick-up is ONLY available at the 'Welcome Lobby'.

🚨Boarding Restrictions
Infant under 1 year old, elderly over 60 years old, pregnant women are not permitted to join the trip.
Customers who have high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant ladies, asthma, and bone disease or orthopedic are not allowed to join the trip.
Pets are not allowed on board.
