- Please ensure you provide a valid contact number, as trips may be canceled due to weather conditions.
- Operations will continue during light rain; however, in the event of persistent severe weather that prevents departure, cancellations may occur with individual notice sent the day before or on the day of departure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- On rare occasions, a tour may be canceled by the operator while you are already en route. In such cases, we will immediately drive you back to your hotel for your safety and convenience.
- A full refund is available if the ferry/boat operation is canceled. However, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or absences due to personal reasons.

- Specify Your Lobby: For hotels with multiple buildings or wings (e.g., Holiday Inn Patong, Millennium Patong), you must specify the exact lobby or wing name when booking.

Direct Lobby Pick-up: Drivers go directly to your designated building lobby. Leaving out the exact wing name will cause missed connections.
