Infants : 0~89cm / Children : 90~140cm / Adults : 141cm~
Child: 90–140 cm (Child Rate) Infant: 89 cm or below (Free Entry) › Height will be checked on-site. Please select the correct option when booking. ✔️ Elephant trekking is available for children 90 cm and above, and they must be accompanied by an adult.

Check-in Method
Exchange physical tickets at the box office
Present your voucher at the ticket counter to exchange it for an admission ticket.
You can check your selected options and performance showtimes on the physical ticket provided.
Please attach the sticker provided with your ticket to your upper clothing before entering.
Usage method
🚌 How to Use Sight-seeing bus
If you booked an option that includes the sightseeing bus, please double-check that your ticket says ‘รถชมวิว’ when you pick it up. You can easily board by simply showing this ticket to the driver.
[📍 Smart Tip]
- Hop-On, Hop-Off: The bus runs on a regular loop of about 45 minutes. Feel free to hop off at any spot you like to take photos, and simply hop back on the next bus from the stop when you're done!
- Convenient Intervals: Sightseeing buses operate continuously every 15 minutes, so you won't have to wait long.
- Keep Your Ticket Safe: You must present your ticket to the driver every time you re-board, so please keep it safe until the end of your tour.

🐘 Elephant Trekking
Voucher Use: A separate ticket for Elephant Trekking will be provided.
- Please present your ticket upon arrival during operating hours (Last entry: 16:00).
✔️ Riding Capacity: Up to [2 Adults] OR [1 Adult + 2 Children (under 12 yrs)] per elephant.
✔️ Height & Age Limit: Children must be at least 90 cm tall to participate and cannot ride alone.
✔️ Booking Requirement: Please specify the child's height on the 1:1 Inquiry Board or in the "Special Requests" section when making a booking.

Please request a VIP cart at the ticket office. (Pay on site)
- 4 people: 1,200 THB
- 7 people: 1,500 THB
※ The listed fee is charged per hour and includes the driver.

🚗 Round-Trip Transport Service
[ Pattaya Area Option ]
- Duration: Total 4 hours (Hotel Round-trip + Nongnooch Village)
- Extra Fee Locations: Additional charges apply for transfers to/from Pattaya outskirts or the Na Jomtien area.
- Overtime Fee: 200 THB per hour (Please pay directly to the driver on-site if exceeded).
[ Bangkok Area Option ]
- Duration: Total 12 hours (Hotel Round-trip + Nongnooch Village + Pattaya/Bangkok City Itinerary)
- Extra Fee Locations: Additional charges apply for transfers outside Bangkok/Pattaya city limits, or Suvarnabhumi / Don Mueang Airports (including nearby areas).
- Custom Route: Please enter your preferred itinerary in the "Special Requests" section when booking.
🚨 Cultural Show VIP Seats (Optional Add-on)
VIP seats are located in the center section of the auditorium, offering the best view of the performance.
- In rare cases, VIP seating may become fully booked on-site and cannot be assigned despite your reservation.
- If this occurs, please contact us and we will promptly refund the additional fee paid for the VIP upgrade.
