When booking the “Swimming with Dolphins” option, please make sure to select the matching dolphin show session and swimming session. Reservations cannot be made if the times do not match. :

Child policy: Infants : 0~79cm / Children : 80~120cm / Adults : 121cm~; Adult: 121 cm and above / Child: 80–120 cm / Infant: under 80 cm (must share a seat with a parent).

VIP Seats: 92, Deluxe Seats: 196, Regular Seats: 599, Wheelchair Seats: 2; Guests using wheelchairs must specify this in the “Additional Requests” section when booking.
The theater has only 2 designated wheelchair seats and does not provide a dedicated wheelchair access pathway.
In addition, the combined weight of the wheelchair and guest must not exceed 80 kg. If the limit is exceeded, theater staff will advise regarding seating availability.
※ For safety reasons, only theater staff are permitted to assist with wheelchair movement and lifting.
