Exchange physical tickets at the box office
Exchange Physical Tickets at the Ticket Counter
After arriving at Bali Hai Pier, please present the booking confirmation at the ticket counter and exchange it for physical tickets.
Take a speedboat from the pier to the floating café.
• Boarding Point: Pier No. 1
• Speedboat Operating Hours: Every 30 minutes from 16:00 – 22:00
• Travel Time: Approximately 5 minutes Pier Location
No advance reservation is required for the speedboat. Boarding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

☔ Weather Conditions Policy
Tours will proceed even in light rain.
If guests decide not to participate based on personal judgment of weather conditions, refunds will not be provided.
🔸 Additional Information
Children must always be accompanied and supervised by their parents or guardians.
The operator is not responsible for any accidents occurring at the floating café under any circumstances.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
🔸 Net Hammock Information
The net hammock installed outside the boat is available on a first-come, first-served basis only, and waiting reservations are not available when fully occupied.
Guests who spend more than 1,000 THB on-site will be assigned to tables with net hammock.
Basic Usage: Up to 2 hours for 4 persons
Additional Charges:
- More than 5 persons: 500 THB per additional person
- Time Extension: 500 THB for an additional 2 hours
Other tables without net hammock seating are available free of charge and are also operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Please enter “Bali Hai Pier” as your destination when using a car service.
    board the speedboat at Pier No. 1.
    Speedboats operate every 30 minutes between 16:00 – 22:00.
