This service delivers your luggage from your hotel in Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi Airport, so you can travel light without the hassle of carrying heavy bags.
Leave your luggage at the hotel, and we’ll deliver it to the airport so you can enjoy your trip comfortably. - Reservation Date

If your flight departs at 1:00 AM on the 2nd, do not select the 2nd as your reservation date.
Your reservation date must be the date you leave your bags at the hotel, typically your check-out date.
If your flight is at 1:00 AM on the 2nd, you likely check out on the 1st, so select the 1st as your reservation date. - Bag Quantity

Pricing is per bag, regardless of size or weight — small plastic bags or large suitcases count as one item (golf bags are accepted).
As shown in the image, small backpacks and luggage sets count as two bags, not one.
Please reserve exactly the number of bags. We may not be able to assist with issues arising from incorrect counts.
If the number of bags differs from your reservation, contact Bellugg in advance via LINE ID "bellugg" or KakaoTalk ("벨럭").

Visit the official Bellugg website and go to the “Track My Luggage” menu.
Enter your reservation number (numbers only, no hyphens) and email address to access the photo upload page.
Example: If your reservation number is 123-123-123 (1), enter it as 123123123.
Tracking is available starting one day before your service date.

Luggage Drop-off Time : Please leave your luggage at the hotel by 12:00 PM. (The Bellugg driver can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.)
You cannot specify a pickup time, even if you leave a note with your request.
If the luggage is not ready before the designated time, pickup will not be possible, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure to drop it off on time. -
Luggage Pickup Time : - You can pick up your luggage from 7:00 PM on the day of reservation until 12:00 PM (noon) the next day.
- If you pick it up after 12:00 PM the next day, an extra fee will be charged per bag.
(Approx. 100 THB per bag per day, but the exact fee is subject to confirmation on site.)

- How to Use

1. Reserve the service according to the number of bags (at least one day in advance)
2. Inform your hotel by 12:00 PM that Bellugg will pick up your luggage, and leave the bags at the reception
3. After dropping off the luggage, take a photo of the bags and the tag provided by the hotel, and upload it to the Bellugg website
4. Bags will be available for pickup at the airport after 7:00 PM
- Additional Information & Notes
- The hotel reservation name and the Bellugg reservation name must be the same.
- Please be sure to lock your luggage with a padlock so that no one can open it during transit. We are not responsible for any loss of valuables that may occur.
- Pick-up is only available in Pattaya. Pick-up is not provided in any other areas. If you mistakenly book another location and receive a voucher, your bag will not be picked up, and we will not be held responsible.
- Customers staying in Airbnb, condos, guesthouses, or pool villas are not eligible to make a reservation. Even if your booking is confirmed, you may later be notified that the service cannot be provided — even on the day of use.
- Please make sure none of the prohibited items below are in your luggage.

Tipping might feel unfamiliar, but in Thailand — where tourism is highly developed — tipping is common in tourist areas.
It’s customary to give a small manner tip to your guide as a sign of appreciation.
Tipping is not mandatory, but if you’re satisfied with the tour, it’s recommended to tip 100–200 Baht per group. 😊
