This service delivers your luggage from Suvarnabhumi Airport to hotels in Pattaya, allowing you to travel comfortably without carrying heavy bags.

Simply leave your luggage at the airport counter, have it delivered to your hotel, and enjoy a lighter, more convenient journey.

This service allows you to store your luggage at the airport and collect it at your hotel.

✈️ Airport Luggage Storage

This service is for storing your luggage within the airport and does not include delivery.

Luggage can be stored for up to 24 hours from the time of drop-off.
Example: If you drop off your luggage at 08:00 AM, it can be stored until 08:00 AM the following day.

If the storage exceeds 24 hours, an additional daily fee will be charged per bag.

Usage method
How to Use
1. Make a reservation for the service according to the number of bags (at least one day in advance)

2. Go to the Bellugg counter between Counters P and Q at Gate 7, 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, and show your reservation confirmation

- Please present both the Bellugg reservation confirmation and the hotel booking confirmation. (Check the important notice)

3. Receive your luggage at the hotel you booked
Use the service after confirming your reservation at the Bellugg counter.
Luggage delivery to your hotel or airport storage service is available at the Bellugg counter on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Gate 7 (between counters P and Q). Check location
How to use

* Please present both your **Bellugg booking confirmation** and **hotel reservation confirmation** (important notice).
3. Collect your luggage at your booked hotel.

Luggage storage service at Suvarnabhumi Airport
This service is for storing luggage within the airport only and does not include delivery between hotels or locations.

Luggage can be stored for up to 24 hours from the time of drop-off.
*Example: If you store your luggage at 8:00 AM, it can be kept until 8:00 AM the following day.*

If storage exceeds 24 hours, an additional daily fee will be charged per bag (each 24-hour period is counted as one day).

Please show the above image when leaving your luggage at the hotel.
Belluck Site Reservation Confirmation
After accessing the official Bellugg website, go to the Tracking menu and enter your booking number and email address (as shown on your reservation confirmation) to access the photo upload page.

** When entering the booking number, please input numbers only, without any special characters.**
Example: If your booking number is 123-123-123 (1), please enter 123123123

Your booking can be checked on the Bellugg website starting one day before your service date.
Additional Information & Notes
Hotel and Belluck reservation name
If the name on the hotel reservation differs from the Bellugg booking name, luggage storage may be refused. Therefore, please make the reservation under the same name and be sure to bring your hotel reservation confirmation.
The service is not available for guests staying at Airbnb, condos, guesthouses, or pool villas, and usage may be restricted even after booking confirmation.
To prevent loss of valuables, please ensure that your luggage is securely locked.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
Arrival times may vary depending on daily traffic conditions.
The hotel check-in date does not have to match your Bellugg service date; however, you must present your hotel reservation confirmation to the Bellugg staff when dropping off your luggage.

*Example: Using Bellugg on May 1 → Hotel check-in on May 3 (you must show your hotel reservation to confirm your stay).*
Please make sure to check that your luggage does not contain the following items.
