Luggage can be stored for up to 24 hours from the time of drop-off.

Check location; How to use; 1. Make a reservation according to the number of bags (at least one day in advance).
2. Present your reservation confirmation at the Bellugg counter, located on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Gate 7 (between counters P and Q).
- Please present both your Bellugg booking confirmation and your hotel reservation confirmation. (Important notice)

Additional Information & Notes: Hotel and Bellugg Reservation Names; It is acceptable for the names on the hotel reservation and the Bellugg reservation to be different, but it is better if they are the same.
When dropping off your luggage at the Bellugg counter at the airport, you must show your hotel reservation confirmation as well.
⚠️ If the names on the Bellugg and hotel reservations do not match, the hotel may refuse to receive the luggage, and Bellugg will not be responsible for any issues that arise.; Not Available for Airbnb, Condos, Guesthouses, or Pool Villas; Customers staying at Airbnb, condos, guesthouses, or pool villas are not eligible to use this service.
Even if you receive a reservation confirmation, you may later be informed that the service is not available or be refused service at the Bellugg counter on the day at the airport.; The arrival time may vary depending on the daily traffic conditions.; The hotel check-in date and the date you use the bell service do not have to be the same, but please make sure to show your hotel reservation confirmation to the bell staff when leaving your bag.
