• Location: 4th Floor, Gate 7, Suvarnabhumi Airport (between Counters P and Q)
2. Present the Bellugg booking confirmation and hotel booking confirmation (voucher) at the Bellugg counter when dropping off luggage.
3. Collect the luggage at the Hotel

(Any damage must be reported immediately at the collection point. Compensation may not be available for damage reported after leaving the collection area.)
