Please present your voucher and passport to the staff when meeting at the gate entrance.
After meeting the staff, you will be guided to the fast lane → proceed through immigration → collect your luggage at the baggage claim area, where a porter will assist with carrying your bags → the service will conclude at the airport exit.

- Meet the staff at International Terminal, 3rd Floor, Gate 3 → meet the porter staff → proceed with check-in → move to the departure area → complete departure immigration → check in at the lounge → enjoy 2 hours and 30 minutes in the lounge → service concludes

Shower facilities are available only in the First Class Lounge.
For Executive/Premium options, shower facilities are available at an additional cost of THB 500 per person.
Usage is limited to 30 minutes, and basic amenities (such as soap and shampoo) are provided; however, a hair dryer is not available.

- Porter service is limited to two pieces of luggage per passenger. Any additional luggage exceeding 56x36x23cm will incur a fee of THB 100 per bag.

- Mandatory Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) Submission Notice

Starting from May 1, 2025, the arrival declaration must be completed online in advance.
Failure to do so may result in significant delays at immigration or, in the worst case, denial of entry.
If delays occur due to not completing the digital arrival card, it will be considered a no-show, and further assistance may be limited.
**As the form must be completed and submitted within 72 hours prior to arrival, please ensure it is done before your flight.

- An additional charge of THB 350 per person applies for extended lounge access.
- This Fast Track service provides expedited processing for eligible passengers. It is not designed to circumvent immigration scrutiny for individuals with visa or passport issues, nor does it guarantee avoidance of officer denial. In the event of delays caused by immigration complications, the Fast Track service assumes no responsibility. Please carefully verify your passport stamp upon entry and exit.
- If you would also like to book a vehicle, please reserve it according to your needs at Vehicle Guide > Vehicle > Airport Meeting. When making your vehicle reservation, please note that you have also selected the Fast Track service in the "Other Details" section.
- Reservations must be confirmed at least 12 hours in advance of your desired time.
- Please ensure that the English name entered during booking matches exactly with the name on your passport.
- While mobile vouchers are accepted, we recommend printing your voucher in advance and carrying it with you, as some on-site staff may still require a physical copy until your seat is confirmed.
