This product provides access to the Coral International Lounge located on the 3rd floor of Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), along with VIP arrival and departure services.

After completing immigration procedures, you can proceed directly to the lounge located straight ahead.

🔸 VIP Arrival Service : Operating hours: 24 hours, year-round.
As staff are assigned according to your reservation time, advance booking is required based on your flight schedule.
🔸 VIP Outbound Flight Service : Opening Hours: 05:00 – 01:00

Infant : 0~2age / Child : 3~6age / Adult : 7age~
Infants aged 0–2 years are eligible for free use.
Check-in Method
🔸 Lounge Usage Guidelines (Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes)
Please present your passport and voucher to the front desk staff.
🔸 VIP Arrival Service
Please present your passport and voucher to our staff upon meeting at the gate entrance.
🔸 VIP Departure Service (2.5-hour lounge access)
Meeting Point: In front of International Terminal Exit 6 (AirAsia passengers: International Terminal Exit 3).
Please contact Coral Lounge directly at least 30 minutes before your arrival, or submit a meeting time request via the 1:1 board.
Usage method
🛬 VIP Arrival Service Procedure
1.After your flight arrives, you will meet an airport staff member at the entrance of the arrival gate. (Please present your voucher and passport to the staff.)
2.You will be comfortably escorted to the immigration area following the staff’s guidance. (Fast-track immigration service will be provided.)
3.After clearing immigration, at the baggage claim area, the staff will assist with retrieving your luggage, carry it for you, and escort you to the airport exit.
4.Upon arrival at the exit, the arrival service will be successfully completed.
🛫 Procedure for Using the VIP Departure Service
1. Upon arrival at the airport, you will meet with our dedicated staff at the VIP service meeting point. Please present your voucher and passport to the staff member.
2. Immediately following the meeting, our porter will personally assist you in collecting and transporting your luggage.
3. We will accompany you through check-in and guide you through the entire process, including movement to the departure gate and exit immigration.
4. After clearing exit immigration, you may enjoy the lounge for up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. The lounge offers a variety of snacks, beverages, and comfortable rest areas.
5. Once you have finished using the lounge, simply proceed to the boarding gate as directed by our staff to complete your departure service.

🛎️ Important Notice
Please ensure that you enter your full name exactly as shown on your passport when making a reservation.
(If the name on your passport does not match the name on the voucher, access may be restricted.)

Reservations must be made and confirmed at least 12 hours prior to your desired usage time.

If you wish to book a Coral Lounge ticket, please access the reservation through the dedicated link.

Please note that photography and video recording related to arrival/departure services and other airport activities are strictly prohibited at the airport.
Violations may result in fines or restrictions on entry and exit, so please take extra care.

ℹ️ Additional Information and Important Notes
Additional lounge usage will incur a fee of THB 350 per person per hour.

Porter service is limited to 2 pieces of luggage per passenger.
For excess luggage (size exceeding 56 × 36 × 23 cm), an additional charge of THB 100 per item will apply.

Dress code: Guests are required to wear smart casual attire when using the lounge.

Please note that shower facilities are not available in the lounge.
