- Infants aged 0–2 years (inclusive) are admitted free of charge. Children aged 3–10 years are required to purchase a child ticket. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

- Entry will be confirmed based on the time selected at the time of booking.

If arriving earlier or later than the reserved time, entry may be subject to on-site staff instructions.
- For weekday tickets (11:00–16:00), entry after 16:00 is not permitted.

- For safety, running or rough behavior indoors is not permitted.
- Weekend rates apply on Thai public holidays.

Date and time changes are allowed after confirmation; however, changes to the number of participants, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted.
Please carefully review the date, number of participants, and selected options before booking.
🔹 Date Changes: Allowed, but changes from weekdays to weekends are not permitted.
🔹 Time Changes: For weekday tickets booked before 16:00, changes are allowed only between 11:00 – 16:00. Changes to evening entry (16:00 – 22:00) are not permitted.
🔹 Guest Changes: Not permitted.
- Example) reservation for 2 guests cannot be changed to 3 guests. Additional guests require a separate booking.
🔹 Cancellation & Refunds: Not permitted after reservation confirmation.
