Passengers can board and disembark at 11 piers, with boats departing approximately every 30 minutes.

- Operating hours
- Operation Hours : 08:30 ~ 17:30
- ⏰ Operating Hours : Boats depart every 30 minutes from Sathorn and Phra Arthit piers.
- Sathorn → Phra Arthit : 09:00–19:15
- Phra Arthit → Sathorn : 08:30–18:30
- Asiatique : Departures run every 30 minutes from the pier (night route).
- Phra Arthit Departure : 15:30–18:30
- Departing from Sathorn : 16:00–19:00
- Child policy
- Infants : 0~89cm / Children : 90~119cm / Adults : 120cm~
- Infants under 90cm in height can ride for free. However, they must be accompanied by a guardian.

When you use the River Pass for the first time, please visit the ticket booth at each pier, present your Monkey Travel booking confirmation, exchange it for your ticket, and then board.
However, there are no ticket booths at the Asiatique (Asiatique) pier or the Wat Arun (Wat Arun) pier, Therefore, these piers cannot be used as your first boarding point. Please choose a different pier as your first boarding point.
