- Gender-Specific Baths: Children who are able to walk (or of a corresponding age) are not permitted to enter a bath area of the opposite gender.
- Age Limits: The Onsen is available for children aged 5–14. For massage services, children in this age group are only eligible for the Foot Massage program.
- No Room Sharing: Infants are not permitted to accompany parents into the massage room or lie down next to them during treatment.

Infants (Under 4): Children aged 4 and under are not eligible for massages. They may enter the Onsen with a parent; however, this is not recommended as the water temperature is very high.
Please understand that the spa cannot be held responsible for any safety incidents involving infants in the baths. - Waiting Area: Accompanied children may wait in the lobby or inside the massage room with their guardian. For the comfort of other guests, they must remain quiet while waiting.
- 💡 Reservation Notes
- Private Room Request: For Thai or Foot Massage programs, an additional fee of 100 THB per person applies if you request a guaranteed private couple or triple room.
- Therapist Request: Both male and female therapists are available. If you prefer a male therapist, please make a request in advance.
- 🚿 Shower Policy
- Reservation Time: The reserved time refers to when the spa treatment begins.
- Package Guests: For [Onsen + Massage] packages, we recommend arriving 1–2 hours early to enjoy the Onsen before your treatment.
- Massage Only: For guests booking only a massage, shower facilities are available only for oil-based programs (Aromatherapy, Scrub, etc.). Showers are not provided for dry treatments like Thai Massage.
- 🛁 Onsen Usage Policy
- Dry Massage (Thai, etc.): The Onsen can be used either before or after your massage.
- Oil Programs (Aroma/Herbal Compress/Scrub): The Onsen must be used BEFORE the treatment. Access is not permitted after an oil massage.
- 🧳 Luggage Storage Policy
- Luggage storage is available at the spa, but space is limited to approximately 4–5 pieces.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Changes or refunds will not be provided. -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided),
please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
