- Shower is available for 5–10 minutes after oil or scrub massages. (Additional usage: THB 400 per 30 minutes)
- For other massages, shower is available at THB 400 per person per 30 minutes.

- Children may only book selected programs. If other programs are reserved, access may be restricted on-site even if the booking has been confirmed. Please check carefully before making a reservation. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Changes or refunds will not be provided. -
