Form Recovery and Wellness offers a range of therapies that combine physiotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, and alternative Thai medicine.
If you suffer from chronic pain in your knees, lower back, neck, or shoulders, or have sustained an injury from sports or exercise, please consult with a professional therapist after a medical consultation to receive a tailored therapy and relax.

Some programs include a consultation, which is conducted in English.
Appointments are available during weekday operating hours, and even if you receive a quotation after 6 PM on weekends, you may be informed that bookings cannot be confirmed after finalization.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Changes or refunds will not be provided.
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided),
please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
