- Non-oil treatments do not include a shower. However, one may be available after the treatment upon request. (Availability depends on spa conditions and will be confirmed on-site.)
- Showers are not permitted before treatments.
- ⚠️ Spa Usage Restrictions

For safety reasons, guests with the following conditions may not be permitted to use spa services:
Thrombosis, skin infections, fever (38°C or higher), epilepsy, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, and high blood pressure (SBP ≥140 or DBP ≥100). -
For safety reasons, the following massage treatments are not available for elderly guests:
Thai massage, hot stone massage, hot herbal compress, and programs that include stretching. - Guests with asthma are allowed non-oil treatments only.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
