If other programs are reserved without prior confirmation, access may be restricted on-site even if the booking has been confirmed.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Changes or refunds will not be provided. -

Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
