If other programs are reserved without prior confirmation, access may be restricted on-site even if the booking has been confirmed.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases, so please check carefully before making a reservation. - 🚿 Shower Policy
- Shower is available within 5 minutes before or after oil massage treatments. (Not available for non-oil treatments)
- Towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided in the shower room. Hair dryers are not available.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
