Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Pickup is available 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time at Exit 1 of Phrom Phong BTS Station, in front of the Dior store at EmQuartier.; Please request the pickup service when making the reservation.; If the request was not made at the time of booking, it must be submitted at least one day in advance. Same-day pickup requests are not accepted.; Please wait at the pickup point 5–10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and direct travel to the spa will be required.; Pickup and drop-off services are only available at the designated location.
