And guests may also use the sauna in the spa room (maximum 15–20 minutes).

Luggage storage is available while you enjoy your spa treatment.
👶Children Policy
Children may only book selected programs. If other programs are reserved, access may be restricted on-site even if the booking has been confirmed.
Please check carefully before making a reservation. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
🔸Additional Information
Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Changes or refunds will not be provided.
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
