- Children aged 5 and above may receive Foot Massage or Aroma Massage only.
- Infants may accompany their guardian in the massage room and lie beside them during the treatment.
- Children may only book selected programs. If other programs are reserved, access may be restricted on-site even if the booking has been confirmed. Please check carefully before making a reservation. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

- Showers are available only for Aroma Room treatments.

For safety reasons, guests with the following conditions may not be permitted to use spa services:
Thrombosis, skin infections, fever (38°C or higher), epilepsy, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, and high blood pressure (SBP ≥140 or DBP ≥100). - Guests with asthma are allowed non-oil treatments only.

For safety reasons, the following massage treatments are not available for elderly guests.
- Thai massage, hot stone massage, hot herbal compress, and programs that include stretching. - 🧳 Luggage Storage Policy
- Luggage storage is available before and after your treatment.
- 🔸Reservation Notice
- While we will do our best to accommodate requests for single or couple rooms, please note that room assignments are subject to availability and cannot be 100% guaranteed in advance.
- Therapist requests are available only for our first session at 10:00 AM (subject to availability). For all other times, therapists are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and specific requests cannot be accepted.
- A maximum of 13 guests per time slot is allowed. (Availability depends on spa conditions)
- Aroma rooms are equipped with both a Jacuzzi and a steam sauna.
- This spa requires a mandatory tip of over 100 Baht. Please ensure you provide a tip of more than 100 Baht after receiving a massage.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
