Same-day reservations are not available.
Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance in order to check availability and confirm the booking. - 👶 Children Accompaniment Policy

Children may accompany guests. however, a supervising adult must remain with them in the lobby at all times.
Children must not be left unattended. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation. - 🚿 Shower Policy
- For non-oil treatments, a shower is available for an additional fee of 200 THB per person.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
