The So Pool Party is held at the swimming pool on the last Saturday of every month (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
As the spa is located on the 11th floor and the pool is on the 10th floor below, some noise may occur during the event. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation. -
Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available.
