Guests must present a reservation voucher to board the complimentary boat (a fine of 1,000 THB applies for unauthorized use)
• Boat capacity is 50 persons; no reservation required (first-come, first-served basis)
• Luggage is permitted (1 piece per person, up to 32 kg / 70 lbs; exceeding this limit is not allowed)
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times; guardians are responsible for their safety - ⚠️ Spa Usage Restrictions

For safety reasons, guests with the following conditions may not be permitted to use spa services:
Thrombosis, skin infections, fever (38°C or higher), epilepsy, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, and high blood pressure (SBP ≥140 or DBP ≥100). - Guests with asthma are allowed non-oil treatments only.

Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.
If any issues occur without prior consultation, assistance may not be available. - 🔸 Additional Information

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Changes or refunds will not be provided. -
Guests must wear swimwear or disposable undergarments provided by the spa when using wellness facilities
If planning to use the sauna twice (before and after treatment), please inform the staff upon arrival -
Reservations are not available for pregnant guests.
