Showers are available only for Aroma Room treatments.

- Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance in order to check availability and confirm the booking.

Guests are advised to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. (Changes or refunds will not be provided.) -
Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant outside the permitted guidelines, or elderly/frail may be refused service for safety reasons.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. -
If you have any medical conditions or special considerations (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body that should be avoided), please inform and consult with the spa staff before your treatment.

If booking a package that includes onsen and massage, please arrive 1–2 hours prior to your scheduled spa time to enjoy the onsen before your treatment.
