- Currently, the spa is operated by two therapists, with a maximum of two guests per session. Please note this when making a reservation.
- ⚠️ Spa Service Restrictions
- Customers with the following conditions are restricted from using the spa for safety reasons: blood clots, skin infections, fever (38°C or higher), epilepsy, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, and hypertension (systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg or higher, or diastolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg or higher).
- In the event of any personal medical conditions or special circumstances (such as allergies, medication use, pregnancy, or areas of the body to avoid), please inform the spa staff in advance and obtain their approval before proceeding. Please note that we may be unable to provide assistance if any issues arise without prior consultation before your spa visit.
- 🔸 Other Notices
- We recommend arriving earlier than your scheduled time; reservations will be cancelled as NO SHOW if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. (Changes and refunds are not permitted.)
- Due to safety concerns, service may be denied to alcohol consumers, pregnant women outside the standard period, and the elderly or infirm. In such cases, refunds are not applicable.
- 🚗 Pickup Instructions
- Free shuttle service from the resort is available. Please request it via the resort concierge or the Movenpick mobile app, using the image below as a reference if you wish to use it.
- 🚿 Shower Regulations
- Shower facilities are available regardless of the massage type (dry, oil, etc.). However, requests made on the same day are difficult to accommodate; therefore, please inform us in advance that you plan to use the shower. Kindly note this in your request details during booking, or let us know via Channel Talk after making your reservation that you intend to use the shower.
