- Moo-ka-ta is a popular menu across Thailand, as well as in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Thinly sliced meat and seafood are grilled on a central grill, while broth is simmered in the surrounding area to cook vegetables and seafood. You then dip everything in the sauce before enjoying.
