※ Failure to arrive by the designated time will result in denial of boarding, and no responsibility will be accepted for any related issues. -
Rainy Day,
After collecting your ticket, please wait at GATE 1 near the Rolex boutique at ICONSIAM.
If you arrive after the check-in time, please exchange your ticket with the cruise staff at GATE 1. - If the river water level becomes too high due to heavy rain, the cruising route may be adjusted for safety reasons. In such cases, the cruise may not pass Wat Arun.

- Cruise schedules, routes, and menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements.
- During peak holidays such as Christmas, Songkran, New Year, Thai public holidays, and Valentine’s Day, additional charges may apply.
- This is a small-sized cruise, and wheelchair access is not available.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

- Shuttle BoatBTS Saphan Taksin Station, then proceed to Sathorn Pier and take the ICONSIAM shuttle boat. (10 TH/Every 10–15 minutes)
