Seating types (indoor/outdoor, etc.) selected at the time of booking are not guaranteed and may change depending on onsite conditions.
• The product options are separated to check the guests' seating preference in advance at the request of the cruise company.
• Even if you book an indoor seat, you can freely move outdoors to enjoy the view.
• Please understand that your reserved seat may change suddenly for safety reasons in case of rain. -
During the sunset cruise, if your seat is uncomfortable due to strong sunlight, please ask the staff for assistance.
We can help you move to the 2nd floor or an air-conditioned indoor seat, or provide an umbrella.

The cruise operates normally in the rain. However, if the river level is too high, the cruise boat cannot pass under the bridges for safety.
• In this case, the cruise route will change, and you may not see Wat Arun.
• If it rains, guests with outdoor seats will be moved to indoor seats. - 📢 Additional Information

- Life jackets and lifeboats are on board and ready in case of an emergency.
- Special peak days (such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Songkran, Valentine’s Day, and Thai holidays) have extra charges, and cruise services may change without notice.
