Compared to larger cruise ships, New Horizon Cruise offers a more intimate atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy a cozy and romantic evening without the crowds.

- Seat Information

Air-conditioned and open-air seating categories are designated at the request of the cruise operator to help identify reservations more efficiently.
※ Even if an open-air seat has been confirmed, seating assignments may be changed due to operational requirements on the day of the cruise. - Guests assigned to indoor seating are welcome to visit the outdoor deck to enjoy the scenery at any time.
- Seating arrangements are subject to change on-site due to weather conditions, including rain, or other operational circumstances.

- 🚩 Yacht Replacement Information

If the minimum requirement of 40 guests is not met, the dinner cruise will be replaced with the New Horizon Dinner Yacht.
Instead of the buffet served on the cruise, guests will enjoy a traditional Thai home-style set menu prepared by a dedicated chef.
All dishes are individually served at the table, allowing guests to relax throughout the meal while fully enjoying the beautiful night views of the Chao Phraya River.
The yacht operates on a different schedule from the cruise. Please check the following times carefully.
Check-in Time: 18:00 – 18:40
Cruising Time: 19:00 – 21:00
Boarding: Please proceed to Pier 1 at least 5 minutes before departure.
※ Guests will be notified individually in advance if the yacht replacement applies.

Strollers are permitted; however, for safety reasons, only indoor seating is available for guests traveling with a stroller.
If bringing a stroller, please notify us via the message board after making a reservation. - During heavy rain or severe weather, outdoor seating may be changed to indoor seating, and departure may be delayed depending on operational conditions.

To ensure smooth boarding, arrival at least 30 minutes before departure is strictly required for ticket exchange.
※ Failure to arrive by the designated time will result in denial of boarding, and no responsibility will be accepted for any related issues. - If the river water level becomes too high due to heavy rain, the cruising route may be adjusted for safety reasons. In such cases, the cruise may not pass Wat Arun.

- During peak holidays such as Christmas, Songkran, New Year, Thai public holidays, and Valentine’s Day, additional charges may apply.
