Check-in Time: Please arrive by 6:30 PM to complete check-in In the event of heavy rain, check-in will be relocated to in front of the Hermès store inside ICONSIAM.

Board the cruise immediately after check-in.

Tables cannot be reserved in advance and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on the day based on availability and restaurant conditions.
For table changes, please inquire with the staff on-site upon arrival.

Seating at the same table is available only for reservations made under the same option.
Example) Reservations for the Dinner Set (Food Only) and the Dinner Set with Free Flow Mocktail may not be seated at the same table.

To ensure smooth boarding, arrival at least 30 minutes before departure is strictly required for ticket exchange.
※ Failure to arrive by the designated time will result in denial of boarding, and no responsibility will be accepted for any related issues. -
All seating is indoors, allowing the cruise to operate comfortably even during rainy weather.
If the river water level becomes too high due to heavy rain, the cruising route may be adjusted for safety reasons. In such cases, the cruise may not pass Wat Arun. - 👗 Dress Code

Entry may be refused for guests wearing sportswear, shorts, sleeveless tops, slippers, beach sandals, flip-flops, or men's open-toe shoes. - 🍷 Corkage Policy

A corkage fee of THB 1,100 per bottle applies, regardless of the type of alcoholic beverage.
Outside food and beverages, including bottled water, non-alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks, are not permitted. - 🔸 Additional Information
- Cruise schedules, routes, and menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements.
- During peak holidays such as Christmas, Songkran, New Year, Thai public holidays, and Valentine’s Day, additional charges may apply.
- Strollers are permitted. Please inform us in advance if bringing a stroller.
- Pets are not allowed.
