- Bad weather rules
- Before you go to the golf course
- Even if it rains, you must go to the golf course.
- If you don't arrive at the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. (Please inform the pro shop that you have arrived at the golf course to prevent no-shows.)
- If the rain stops during the waiting period, the round will continue, and if it continues to rain, the golf course regulations will determine whether to issue a rain check (voucher) or refund.
- Be careful! If the golf course determines that it is possible to play even if it rains, it may be difficult to get a refund or a voucher.
- During your round of golf
- In most cases, it is difficult to get a refund if the round is interrupted by rain after the round has started.
- Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or partially refund based on the number of holes played.
- Please refer to the rain check regulations of the golf course you are using.

- Refund Conditions and Cautions
- If the golf course tells you that you can get a refund, please check the name of the employee and contact us through the 1:1 board.
- Some golf course staff may say 'you can cancel' but when you check, they say 'you can cancel but you can't get a refund'.
