When booking with the promotional rate, please show your ID or a copy of your passport at the front desk, and all guests must sign.
Caddy tip
Caddie tips are not included at this golf course. The recommended caddie tip is 400 THB per 18 holes. You are welcome to give more depending on your satisfaction with the service.

Outside beverages and food are not allowed on the course. Please refrain from bringing them in, as it may lead to inconvenient situations if caught.
Please keep your valuables with you, and be cautious to avoid any safety incidents while using the facilities. If valuables are lost or safety accidents occur due to personal negligence, you will be responsible, so please be careful.
Dress code
Round t-shirts, soccer uniforms, board shirts, denim pants, short pants are not allowed.
Since some golf courses do not allow the wearing of 'China color' (China color) sold as golf clothing in Korea, it is recommended to wear general peaky (color) clothing.
Shorts that reach the knees are allowed.
Round rules for 2 or less
For groups of 1-2 players, you may be paired with other golfers depending on the situation at the course.
Depending on the starter's judgment, the round will be either a single round or a paired round.
If you are paired with other golfers, it may take some time to wait for the tee time.
Bad weather rules
Before you go to the golf course
Even if it rains, you must go to the golf course.
If you don't arrive at the scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show. (Please inform the pro shop that you have arrived at the golf course to prevent no-shows.)
If the rain stops during the waiting period, the round will continue, and if it continues to rain, the golf course regulations will determine whether to issue a rain check (voucher) or refund.
Be careful! If the golf course determines that it is possible to play even if it rains, it may be difficult to get a refund or a voucher.
During your round of golf
In most cases, it is difficult to get a refund if the round is interrupted by rain after the round has started.
Some golf courses may issue a rain check (voucher) or partially refund based on the number of holes played.
Please refer to the rain check regulations of the golf course you are using.

You must request and receive it directly from the golf course.
Please inform the rain check regulations when you receive the rain check (voucher).
Refund Conditions and Cautions
If the golf course tells you that you can get a refund, please check the name of the employee and contact us through the 1:1 board.
Some golf course staff may say 'you can cancel' but when you check, they say 'you can cancel but you can't get a refund'.
Please leave the name of the employee and your contact information so that we can check if the information you received is correct and reply to you.
You must not leave the golf course until you receive our reply.

All players must present their ID or a copy of their passport and sign the required documents at the front desk.
Only a limited number of reservations are available per day, and if capacity is reached, the reservation may not be confirmed even after payment.
As this promotion is offered at a discounted price, cancellation, change, refund, and rain check policies are strictly enforced.
The cart-exclusive promotion is available to foreign nationals only, excluding Thai nationals.
Thai nationals are not eligible to book or use this promotion.
If a Thai national is included in the group, the reservation cannot be used and no refunds will be provided.

[Caddy Guide]

Night golf often has a shortage of caddies, which may result in delays after the tee time.

Golf carts are mandatory at this course, including for night and twilight rounds.
Cart use is optional only with the "No-Cart Promotion".
